Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of precious metals, bullion, jewelry, coins, and related products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases. Customers are responsible for inspecting all items prior to completing their transaction. Once a sale has been finalized and the customer has taken possession of the item, the transaction is considered complete and cannot be reversed. By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
