Shipping of Items to Gold Buyers on Broadway
Customers who choose to sell precious metals, jewelry, coins, bullion, watches, or other valuables to Gold Buyers on Broadway are responsible for securely packaging and shipping their items unless otherwise specified in writing.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing adequate insurance coverage for the full estimated value of your shipment. Gold Buyers on Broadway is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit to our facility.
Receipt and Inspection
Upon receipt of your package, our team will inspect the contents and evaluate the items based on current market conditions, metal content, authenticity, and condition.
Any valuation or quote provided prior to inspection is considered an estimate and may change after physical examination.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss remain with the customer until the shipment is received and accepted by Gold Buyers on Broadway. Customers are encouraged to retain tracking information and shipping receipts until the transaction is completed.
Return Shipping
If an offer is declined and both parties agree to return the items, return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise stated. Returned items may be shipped using a carrier selected by Gold Buyers on Broadway and may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Shipping Delays
Gold Buyers on Broadway is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, labor disruptions, customs processing, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Items should only be shipped to the address provided directly by Gold Buyers on Broadway. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or outdated address.
